The Urban Decay All Nighter foundation is my favourite foundation that I own. This was my first high end makeup purchase and in my opinion, this is worth every cent. In New Zealand this foundation retails for $72 NZD which is pretty expensive compared to what I usually buy. You can purchase it from Mecca in New Zealand.

I heard so many good things about this foundation so I decided to try it out for myself, because at the end of last year Mecca Maxima opened up in my town and I could finally get my hands on it.
The foundation claims to be:
- Waterproof
- Oil-free
- Matte finish
-Ultra long-wearing
Most of my face is usually just normal skin - sometimes more drier, but around my t-zone I tend to get more oily. I found that this foundation does hold back the oils more than my drugstore foundations and it definitely does last a very long time on the skin.
I did a wear test where I wore it from 10:00am until 11:00pm and it still looked great. I only had to touch it up with powder around the nose around the 8/9 hour mark when the oils slowly begin to come through.
It definitely is a full coverage foundation! I only use about 2 pumps for my whole face which includes going over areas that need a little extra, such as my cheeks. I apply my foundation using a beauty sponge, I have not tried it with a brush but I have heard that brushes give an even better coverage and you use less because they don't soak up the product as much.
The only thing I have to say about this foundation is that the shades oxidize a lot! I would definitely recommend getting colour matched in store and taking home a sample so you can see what the colour will be like after applying it. I bought the shade 3.0 after being colour matched and using a sample which turned out to be the perfect shade for me.
I would definitely recommend this foundation to anyone who is wanting something full coverage and long lasting, that doesn't mind paying a bit extra because it's so worth it! :)
